From June 3 to 5, Agenda INOV.AM attended the Addit3D 2025 fair in Bilbao. The event brought together international experts, companies and leading research centers to share knowledge and present the latest technological innovations in the sector.
In what is considered one of the main international events dedicated to Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing, INOV.AM presented a series of solutions and technologies that reflect the dynamism and continuous innovation of the national ecosystem in this strategic area. Over the three days of the event, the INOV.AM Agenda stand stood out for the diversity of parts and materials on display, with practical applications in various sectors of activity, such as molds and plastics, mobility, construction, aerospace, biomedical and food.
Among the highlights of the exhibition were:
- Mold 5G – an intelligent production tool, developed with the incorporation of monitoring sensors and artificial intelligence mechanisms ( WP4 );
- Natural-based thermoplastic filaments, reinforcing the commitment to sustainable materials ( WP1 );
- Optimized parts for the aerospace industry, developed using computer optimization and Additive Manufacturing techniques ( WP4 );
- Arm orthoses for use in the biomedical sector ( WP15 );
- Ceramic pieces produced with different compositions, such as stoneware, earthenware, porcelain, stone powder, red clay and glass ( WP16, WP17, WP18 );
- Solutions for the construction sector, with plaster mortars and cork pieces with a polymer matrix ( WP19 );
- 3D printed food products, illustrating the potential of Additive Manufacturing in the food sector ( WP21 ).
The presence at Addit3D was equally an opportunity to highlight the INOV.AM Academy, which is committed to advanced training and the qualification of human resources specialized in Additive Manufacturing.
During the event, Agenda INOV.AM had the privilege of receiving an institutional visit from AICEP – Agência para o Investimento e Comércio Externo de Portugal, represented by Dr. Joana Neves, Director of the Delegation in Spain, with whom the latest developments in the project were shared. The event was also an opportunity to establish new contacts and synergies with companies and research centers, exploring possible collaborations.
Participation in Addit3D 2025 reinforces the INOV.AM Agenda’s commitment to technological innovation, sustainability and the enhancement of knowledge, through joint work with our technological, scientific and industrial partners.
INOV.AM Agenda would like to thank all the visitors and partners who contributed to the success of this event.
