PPS03 – Hybrid Products with Enhanced Properties and Functionalities

In PPS 3, the main TRL7 outputs consist of hybrid products and customised items with specific variants, offering enhanced functionalities at competitive costs. These products leverage the advantages of conventional production materials and technologies combined with Additive Manufacturing (AM) materials and technologies developed within WPs 1 and 7. At least six new products will be created, each designed for specialised applications:

WP7 – Polymeric components for comfort applications, improving user experience in various vehicle types.

WP1 – Hybrid product for the automotive sector, offering innovative solutions for component integration.

WP1 – Sealing solution for electronic product housing for automotive vehicles, ensuring protection and durability.

WP1 – Hybrid product for food applications with potential for contact with foodstuffs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

WP7 – Metal components designed for both off-road and on-road motorcycles, optimised for rugged performance.

WP7 – Polymeric components for high-performance applications in two-wheeled vehicles, addressing strength and durability requirements.
