The INOV.AM Agenda participated in the 3rd Meeting of Mobilizing Agendas for Business Innovation, organized by IAPMEI, which took place on June 25, 2026, at Europarque in Santa Maria da Feira. During the event, a range of solutions already implemented in new products, processes, and services developed under the INOV.AM Agenda were presented.

The results presented reflect the collaborative work between companies, universities, and research centers, demonstrating the impact of additive manufacturing on the creation of innovative solutions for various sectors.

During the meeting, advances were highlighted in areas such as new materials, plastics, molds, construction, ceramics and glass, biomedicine, and food, as well as in automation, industrial digitization, and human resource training. These developments illustrate the potential of additive manufacturing to address the challenges facing the national industry and strengthen the competitiveness of Portuguese companies.

The event was attended by the Secretary of State for the Economy, João Rui Ferreira, and the Chair of the National Commission for Monitoring the Recovery and Resilience Plan, Pedro Dominguinhos, whose presence underscored the importance of the Mobilizing Agendas as strategic tools for transforming and enhancing the Portuguese business community.

More than just a presentation of results, the INOV.AM Agenda’s participation highlighted the value of collaboration among the consortium’s various partners in generating innovation, knowledge, and economic value, contributing to the creation of skilled jobs and the strengthening of the national economy’s competitiveness.

The INOV.AM Agenda now continues its journey with preparations for the final event, INOV.AM – Shaping Tomorrow, which will take place September 15–17, 2026, in Leiria. The event will bring together partners, companies, and experts from academia to industry to present the key results achieved throughout the project and discuss the future of additive manufacturing in Portugal.
